A day of service! JOIN US as we work to collect diapers for the community in celebration and respect of Martin Luther King Jr.'s National Day of Service. The diaper packaging event will take place at the House of Prayer Church located at 480 Lakewood Blvd from 10am - 2pm.
If you have any, bring your donations to the event or drop them off at Freedom Hall (410 Lakewood Blvd, Park Forest). Donations are not required to participate in service! The event is family friendly and volunteers can be anyone who can count to 25!
What You'll Do:
- Package diapers in bags of 25 and add educational information - our goal is to bundle 25,000 diapers!
- Feel free to bring diaper donations to the event - any size, any quantity, including open packages
- If you're able to stay after, help with loading and transporting donations is appreciated!
