United Way of Metro Chicago, in partnership with our friends at KPMG, is promoting the Chicago Parks Foundation's annual 5k! Get moving on the Lakefront Trail and join them for a community celebration of our parks!
The Chicago Parks Foundation is thrilled to bring our 5K event back for our third year at beautiful Burnham Park. Run, Walk or Roll - something for everyone! Start the morning with either the timed out-and-back 5K course on the Lakefront Trail or a guided 1-Mile Burnham Wildlife Corridor Nature Walk. This is a family-friendly, all ages event.
Volunteers will be asked to assist with a variety of on-site roles along the race route including setup, breakdown, registration, gear check, water stations, and more.
