What We Do
The United Palatine Coalition (UP) is a collective impact initiative working to build partnerships between organizations, businesses and residents in Palatine. Our Bold Goal is to engage the community in eliminating the opportunity gap. The coalition’s work is not about adding programs or increasing funding. Instead, UP identifies challenges that are preventing academic success and workforce development. Through collaboration, UP offers opportunities to create systemic change by tearing down barriers, increasing efficiency through shared resources and building capacity to integrate systems, thereby maximizing impact.
