Who We Are
Since 1988 Restoration Ministries has helped those in need discover a renewed sense of hope, rebuild their lives and communities, and restore their faith in God, self, and the goodness of others.
What We Do
Through 22 programs, we provide life-changing opportunities to at-risk and underprivileged youth, men and women with histories of addiction, and families struggling in poverty.
Restoration Ministries offers two Recovery Programs for men and women struggling with drug and alcohol addiction: Harvey House for Men and Tabitha House for Women. Both of our Recovery Programs are free, 18-month, and Christian-based.
In 2002, Restoration Ministries opened the Harvey Boxing Club to teach at-risk, underserved youth the sport of boxing and give them a safe place to be after-school and during the summer.
Restoration Ministries founded the Sullivan Arts Center in 2002 to nurture the talents of Harvey children and teens and channel their energies into the creation and celebration of art. The Center offers high-quality art classes to underserved youth aged six to 21, helping them identify and develop their artistic skills.
Restoration Ministries holds a Food Pantry every Saturday from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. We serve an average of 250 clients weekly from the Chicago South Suburbs.
