We are seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our back-office coordination and daily administrative functions.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Is highly organized

Enjoys structure and systems

Wants to gain nonprofit administrative experience

Is passionate about community impact

This position can be performed virtually with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Assist with email and calendar coordination

Help organize digital files and documents

Support data entry and record keeping

Assist with volunteer and program tracking

Help prepare simple reports and correspondence

Provide general administrative support to leadership

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

Reliable communication

Ability to work independently

Passion for community service

Nonprofit experience is a plus — but not required.
