Description

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Volunteer Administrative Assistant to support our back-office coordination and daily administrative functions.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Is highly organized

  • Enjoys structure and systems

  • Wants to gain nonprofit administrative experience

  • Is passionate about community impact

This position can be performed virtually with flexible hours.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with email and calendar coordination

  • Help organize digital files and documents

  • Support data entry and record keeping

  • Assist with volunteer and program tracking

  • Help prepare simple reports and correspondence

  • Provide general administrative support to leadership


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office

  • Reliable communication

  • Ability to work independently

  • Passion for community service

Nonprofit experience is a plus — but not required.
