About I.G.N.I.T.E.: I.G.N.I.T.E. (Inspiring Growth, Nurturing Talents & Empowerment) is an after-school enrichment program designed for middle school students (6th-8th grade). We believe in providing a supportive environment where students can excel academically, discover their passions, and develop valuable life skills.

As a Homework Help & Icebreaker Volunteer, you will play a crucial role in setting the foundation for our enriching program sessions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Homework Assistance: Support students in completing their homework assignments, providing guidance and clarification when needed.
- Icebreaker & Team Building: Lead engaging icebreaker or team-building activities that promote camaraderie, inclusivity, and a positive atmosphere before our scheduled enrichment activities.
Time Commitment: Volunteer sessions are every Tuesday and Wednesday. Your commitment can be as flexible as your schedule allows, whether you choose to volunteer for one session a month or more.
