Light up the night with United Way of Metro Chicago’s Young Leaders United at their biggest event of the year! IGNITE is a festive, mid-winter party bringing together 300+ Chicago area VIPs and young professionals for an evening of live music, dancing, hors d’oeuvres and cocktails—all to raise funds to support United Way's work to build a stronger, more equitable Chicago region through the Neighborhood Network Initiative. ABOUT YOUNG LEADERS UNITED

United Way of Metro Chicago’s Young Leaders United (YLU) is a group of caring and committed young professionals on a mission to encourage philanthropy and volunteerism among their peers to make a lasting difference for individuals, families and entire neighborhoods by supporting United Way’s work in communities. YLU members are typically under 40 years old and engage in volunteer service projects, networking conversations, fundraising and social events across the region to increase awareness of United Way’s community-based work and provide opportunities for young professionals to make a meaningful, positive impact.
