Youth Guidance: The Fellowship Initiative

The Fellowship Initiative, in partnership with JPMorgan Chase, is building a diverse community of young men of color from across Chicago who possess a broad range of skills and experiences. This 3-year leadership development program is designed to support rising High School sophomores in earning their degree from an accredited 4-year college or university.
